There are a lot of “cool” and “amazing” apps out in today’s market place. From listening to music, hunting for real estate, investing in the future, playing your favorite game as well as taking instant pictures and videos – and sooo much more… it is a wonder that anybody can get anything done!!! Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, SnapChat, and a whole lot more has changed the way people interact with each other! Mind boggling to say the least… Here are a few of my favorites and then I’ll share my number 1 favorite app…
In this list, I use Facebook and Twitter and I am on Instagram. I enjoy using Snapchat – usually I feature the “coffee” of the day… I use an app for guitar called “Guitar Tools” – it is pretty good, includes a metronome and tuner plus the ability to search for chords and tunings of other instruments. I like “Weatherbug” for checking on the weather and “Kindle” for reading. My favorite app, though, is the YouVersion “Bible” App. It is free and you can get it here by clicking this link: https://www.youversion.com/ What is great about it is – it offers daily devotional readings as well as access to different translations of scripture. It can read the scripture to you which is helpful if your driving or exercising… it also suggests a verse of the day… all this to keep one in “tune” with God. So… why not give it a try? Try reading or listening to the Bible this year? See what happens when you dive into God’s Word on a daily basis… for me, God’s word helps me keep the proper perspective in life. How about you?
